Dr. Youngren’s medical practice centers on environmental medicine, hormone balance support, bio-identical hormone |BHRT therapy, preconception care/fertility, and injection therapy (PRP|IV nutrients). Since there is a strong correlation between environmental factors and general health, Dr. Youngren focuses on environmental health when addressing each patient.

Dr. Youngren is committed to helping her patients prevent the ill effects of environmental factors on their health, especially when it comes to preconception care, pregnancy, and chronic disease.

She is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She completed a two-year clinical internship that included all naturopathic modalities and a one-year specialty residency in Environmental Medicine under the directorship of Dr. Walter Crinnion. Her medical training also included pharmaceutical medications and their interactions with natural remedies. Dr. Youngren currently holds an adjunct faculty position as a clinical supervising physician at Southwest Naturopathic Medical Center in Tempe, AZ and and at Bastyr University in San Diego where she teaches Environmental Medicine.
